Cheese Soup

  • 6 slices chopped bacon
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 package of shredded Gouda cheese
  • 4 cups milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fry bacon in sauce pan until brown and crisp
  2. Add onion and butter
  3. Stir in ketchup,mustard,worcestershire sauce,broth and bouillon cubes
  4. Bring to a boil,reduce heat to low, simmered covered for 30 minutes
  5. Add cheese and milk and cook until cheese melts
