Cheese and Rosemary Scones

INGREDIENTS
  • 226 g Self Raising Flour
  • 42 g Butter
  • 113 g Grated Cheese
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs Milk
  • Fresh Rosemary
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rub the butter into the flour with the cheese, seasoning and rosemary
  2. Mix in the beaten egg and milk
  3. Roll out to half inch thickness and cut with a round cutter
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in oven at 220°C/425°F for 15 minutes
