Cheese and Rosemary Scones

INGREDIENTS
- 226 g Self Raising Flour
- 42 g Butter
- 113 g Grated Cheese
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbs Milk
- Fresh Rosemary
DIRECTIONS
- Rub the butter into the flour with the cheese, seasoning and rosemary
- Mix in the beaten egg and milk
- Roll out to half inch thickness and cut with a round cutter
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in oven at 220°C/425°F for 15 minutes
