Cheeseburger Macaroni

  • 1 Cup macaroni uncooked( mostaccioli or elbow works great)
  • 1 Lb. ground beef(I use lean)
  • 1 medium onion, Chopped
  • 1 colve garlic, chopped(I sometimes use 3 but that is my taste)
  • 1 t Itailan herbs
  • 1 can diced tomatoes(you can get the one with basil, garlic & oregano to sub for the herbs)
  • 1/4 c tomato Ketchup
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions;drain
  2. Brown meat with onion and garlic in large skittet; drain. Season with salt, pepper,(to taste) and Italian herbs. Stir in undrained tomatoes, Ketchup and pasta; heat through.
  3. Top with cheese.
This was quick and easy
