Cheeseburger Sandwiches (crockpot)
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt-pepper blend
  • 1 package pasteurized process cheese spread, (8 ounces) diced
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped fine with the greens
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 sandwich buns
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and garlic-pepper blend until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
  2. In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Cover; cook on low setting for
  3. 6 to 7 hours.
  4. To serve: spoon mixture onto sandwich buns.
