Cheesy Beef Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1lb to 1.5lbs of Ground Beef
  • 32oz Block of Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook Ground Beef as normal and drain excess grease. Add Velveeta Cheese (It’s easier if you cut it into smaller pieces) and melt with ground beef. Once all the cheese is melted, add one can of rotel tomatoes. Serve warm and dip in your favorite chip!
  2. *Leftover dip is amazing as a grilled cheese. Replace your sliced cheese with the cold dip. It will heat up and taste like a cheesy hamburger with tomatoes!
