Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. groun beef
  • 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese cut up
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat in large skillet, drain
  2. Stir in 2 cups water; bring to a boil.
  3. Add noodles; stir.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low heat; cover.
  5. Simmer 8 min. or until tender.
  6. Add velvetta, soup and pepper; cook until velvetta is melted; stirring frequently.
