Cheesy Beef Stroganoff
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. groun beef
- 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese cut up
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 t. black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Brown meat in large skillet, drain
- Stir in 2 cups water; bring to a boil.
- Add noodles; stir.
- Reduce heat to medium low heat; cover.
- Simmer 8 min. or until tender.
- Add velvetta, soup and pepper; cook until velvetta is melted; stirring frequently.
