Cheesy Chicken Rotel
INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless chicken breast poached and shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can Rotel
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt Velveeta, milk and Rotel in large pot.
  2. Add chicken and mushrooms mix well.
  3. Add spaghetti stir until creamy and coated.
