Cheesy Chicken Strips
  • Servings: 4
  • ¼ C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ C fish-shaped cheese crackers (e.g. Goldfish brand crackers)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ lb chicken tenderloins (or chicken breasts cut into strips)
  • Aluminum foil
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 large zip lock bag
  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg F.
  2. Line baking sheet with foil and spray foil with cooking spray.
  3. Place crackers in zip lock bag and crush; add cheddar cheese and mix together by shaking.
  4. Whisk egg in a bowl; add chicken to egg and toss to coat.
  5. Place chicken in zip lock bag with cracker and cheese mixture, seal bag and shake to coat.
  6. Remove coated chicken from bag and place on baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake 12 -15 minutes or until chicken is cooked to 170 deg inside.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
