Cheesy Corn

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg frozen corn (I use 2 lb size)
  • 1-1 1/2 pkgs cream cheese (the 8 oz size)at room temperature
  • 1 cup finely shredded FIESTA cheese
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. In saucepan, combine water, frozen corn, sugar, salt & pepper. When corn appears to be thawed, add cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese blends well, then add the shredded cheese.
  2. I usually put into a covered casserole on LOW heat until ready to serve.
  3. This recipe makes a lot...which is good when you have corn lovers in your family! This is a dish that is always requested at our family gatherings!
