Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30 minutes
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 can green chilies, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 lbs diced frozen hash browns (2 large bags)
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 slices of bacon
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté the chilies and onions until brown. Add the frozen hash browns, salt & pepper and toss together. Pour into a buttered baking dish and top with cheese and bacon. Bake until hot and bubbly. About 30 minutes.
