Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes
INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 10-12
  • Preparation Time: 15-20
  • 24-32 oz frozen Southern hash browns (cube style)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 pkg shredded cheddar (Sharp gives it more flavor)
  • 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients (except Corn Flakes) with potatoes and put into a 9x13 pan. Top with the cereal and 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine poured over top. Bake at 350° oven for 45 minutes
