Cheesy Pigs In A Blanket
  • 2 8-ounce cans refrigerated biscuits,
  • 1 16-ounce package cocktail franks
  • shredded chaddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half and roll flat, using a glass as a rolling pin.
  3. Place one cocktail frank on each rolled biscuit, top with sprinkling of cheese and roll up and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Repeat with remaining dough and franks.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
  6. Makes 48 pigs.
