Cheesy Potatoes

- Servings: 8
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can condensed
- cream of chicken soup
- 1 - 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 - 28 oz. pkg. frozen loose-
- packed diced potatoes with onion
- and peppers thawed
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 2 Tblsps. butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine
- condensed cream soup, sour cream,
- cheese and pepper. Stir in potatoes. Transfer mixture to an ungreased 2 qt. rectangular baking dish. Mix the crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for
- 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 8 servings.
