Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 24-32
- 1 lb. medium mushrooms
- Butter for saute
- 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 C. (2 ozs. Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 2 T. chopped green onion
DIRECTIONS
- Remove stems of mushrooms; chop enough stems to make 1/2 cup. Cook mushroom caps in frypan in butter 5 minutes.
- Combine softened cream cheese and blue cheese mixing until blended Stir in chopped stems and onion.
- Fill mushroom caps; broil until golden brown.
