Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 lb. medium mushrooms
  • Butter for saute
  • 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 C. (2 ozs. Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 T. chopped green onion
  1. Remove stems of mushrooms; chop enough stems to make 1/2 cup. Cook mushroom caps in frypan in butter 5 minutes.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and blue cheese mixing until blended Stir in chopped stems and onion.
  3. Fill mushroom caps; broil until golden brown.
