Cheezy Hash Browns

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 t salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 c grated cheese, or less
DIRECTIONS
  1. Break potatoes apart. Melt butter, mix with salt, pepper, onion, soup, milk and sour cream. Mix well and add to potatoes. Add grated cheese and mix well. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
