Cherry Tomato Bites

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (I love bacon so I like to do more than that...but that is your call)
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 Tsp. worcestershire sauce
  1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving. Yields about 4 dozen.
