Cherry enchiladas
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 2 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 oz. red food coloring
DIRECTIONS
- Roll 1 T of pie filling per tortilla placing seam side down in a 9x13 cake pan.
- Stir all other ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour over enchiladas and allow to set for 40 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for30-35 minutes.
