Cherry enchiladas

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1 1/2 C water
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 oz. red food coloring
DIRECTIONS
  1. Roll 1 T of pie filling per tortilla placing seam side down in a 9x13 cake pan.
  2. Stir all other ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour over enchiladas and allow to set for 40 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for30-35 minutes.
