Chicken & Shrimp Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 c. raw converted rice
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 - 3 c. chicken broth
- 3 - 4 c. cooked chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 lb. shelled & de-veined shrimp
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 2/3 c. slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS
- Mix rice with melted butter in crockpot, stirring to coat the rice thoroughly. Add all of the remaining ingredients, except the onions & almonds. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or on high 4-5 hrs. Sprinkle almonds & green onions over the top before serving.
