Chicken Alfredo With Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 4 Skinless Boneless chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmasen cheese
  • Sprinkle with some garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 jar Classic Alfredo sauce
  • 2-4 Tlb. Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil
  • 1/2 Onion or more, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup or more, Cheddar Cheese
  1. Cut chicken breast in half. Mix bread crumbs and Parmasen cheese, and garlic powder. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then coat with bread mixture. Place in oblong baking dish.
  2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  3. Take out and pour jar of Alfredo sauce over chicken, top with onions and sun dried tomatoes, sprinkle cheese over all, and bake for 10 more minutes
