Chicken And Dressing

- 3 Lbs Chicken Breast
- 2 cans of Cambell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
- 2 Boxes of Stoufer's Stove Top Stuffing
- 3/4 cup of Chicken Broth
- Your choice of frozen green vegetable (green beans, peas, broccoli, etc.)
- Block of Cheese
- Seasonings (Salt, pepper, adobo, etc.)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 F, defrost vegetables
- 2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes approx. 1/2" x 1/2"
- 3. Brown Chicken in pan with butter/oil/pam mixed with seasonings
- 4. Meanwhile combine 2 cans of soup, sour cream, chicken broth and vegetables
- 5. Grate Cheese for topping
- 6. Lightly grease casserole pan with butter/oil/pam (i suggest pam)
- 7. Layer ingredients in pan as followed
- - One box of stuffing covering entire bottom
- - Browned Chicken pieces
- - Dressing mixture
- - Cover with second box of stuffing
- - Top with shredded cheese
- 8. Place in oven and bake for 30-40 mins
