Chicken And Dressing

  • 3 Lbs Chicken Breast
  • 2 cans of Cambell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
  • 2 Boxes of Stoufer's Stove Top Stuffing
  • 3/4 cup of Chicken Broth
  • Your choice of frozen green vegetable (green beans, peas, broccoli, etc.)
  • Block of Cheese
  • Seasonings (Salt, pepper, adobo, etc.)
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 F, defrost vegetables
  2. 2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes approx. 1/2" x 1/2"
  3. 3. Brown Chicken in pan with butter/oil/pam mixed with seasonings
  4. 4. Meanwhile combine 2 cans of soup, sour cream, chicken broth and vegetables
  5. 5. Grate Cheese for topping
  6. 6. Lightly grease casserole pan with butter/oil/pam (i suggest pam)
  7. 7. Layer ingredients in pan as followed
  8. - One box of stuffing covering entire bottom
  9. - Browned Chicken pieces
  10. - Dressing mixture
  11. - Cover with second box of stuffing
  12. - Top with shredded cheese
  13. 8. Place in oven and bake for 30-40 mins
