Chicken Beer Bake
INGREDIENTS

- 4-6 large boneless chicken breasts
- 4 to 5 T flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 (3 oz) can sliced mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
- Wash the chicken and dry well on paper towel. Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture and brown in 1-2 T of oil. Place chicken in a shallow pan. Combine the soup, soy sauce, beer and mushrooms and pour over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serve over rice.
