Chicken Burgers

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine ground chicken, cream, sherry, salt, herbs, and all but three tablespoons of bread crumbs. Form into four thick patties. Dredge in remaining bread crumbs. Broil for 5-8 minutes per side, depending on desired degree of "doneness."
