Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Fresh Bunch Broccoli (or 2-3 pkg of frozen chopped broccoli)
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
- 6 slices cheese
- 1 box Stovetop chicken flavor stuffing mix
DIRECTIONS
- Boil Chicken in a little water till tender, approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put into a 9x13 pan.
- Cut broccoli into chunks while raw and cook until tender (do not overcook). Layer on top of chicken.
- Mix soup with a little water till smooth. Spread evenly on top of broccoli.
- Place whole cheese slices over soup.
- Make stuffing mix according to package directions and spread over cheese slices.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
