Chicken Casserole
  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Fresh Bunch Broccoli (or 2-3 pkg of frozen chopped broccoli)
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 1 box Stovetop chicken flavor stuffing mix
  1. Boil Chicken in a little water till tender, approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put into a 9x13 pan.
  2. Cut broccoli into chunks while raw and cook until tender (do not overcook). Layer on top of chicken.
  3. Mix soup with a little water till smooth. Spread evenly on top of broccoli.
  4. Place whole cheese slices over soup.
  5. Make stuffing mix according to package directions and spread over cheese slices.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
