Chicken Casserole
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 4 cups of Kellogg’s stuffing
  1. 4 chicken breasts, cooked until done
  2. Cut into bite size pieces. Place in a 10 by 10 inch baking dish, or a quicker way is to use a rotisserie chicken.
  3. Mix together;
  4. 1 cup of sour cream
  5. 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ can of milk.Pour mixture over the chicken. Mix 4 cups of Kellogg’s stuffing as directed on the package. Spread over the chicken mixture. Bake covered for 45 minutes then uncovered for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees.
A customer at work gave me this recipe years ago. This to me is a comfort food. This also freezes very well.
