Chicken Cordon Blu Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 50-55
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pound of chicken tenders
  • 1 12 oz package of broccoli floweretts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces of ham, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 TBSP parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. In large microwave safe bowl, add 2TBSP of water and potatoes, cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Mix potatoes in with chicken and all other ingredients, mix well.
  3. Place in a 9X13 casserole pan.
  4. Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 50 - 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cheese begins to brown.
