Chicken Cordon Blu Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 50-55
- 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 pound of chicken tenders
- 1 12 oz package of broccoli floweretts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces of ham, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 TBSP parsley
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In large microwave safe bowl, add 2TBSP of water and potatoes, cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Mix potatoes in with chicken and all other ingredients, mix well.
- Place in a 9X13 casserole pan.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 50 - 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cheese begins to brown.
