Chicken Crunch

  • 1 - 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tblsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 medium skinless, boneless
  • chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
  • mix, coarsely crushed (2 cups)
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika celery salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly pound chicken.
  3. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture to coat, then roll in crushed stuffing.
  4. Arrange chicken in a large shallow baking pan. (pieces shouldn't touch)
  5. Drizzle butter over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
