Chicken Cutlets

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pound breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap.
  3. Prepare your mixtures on separate plates;
  4. one with just flour, one with bread crumbs combined with herbs, spices, salt, and pepper, and another with slightly beaten eggs. Dip breasts into flour, egg, then bread crumbs.
  5. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
