  • 1 Chicken thigh cooked and cubed
  • Cabbage shredded
  • 2 Carrots shredded
  • 1Tablespoon ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon cooking oil
  • 2 Teaspoon cornstarch
  • 10 Egg roll wraps
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wilt cabbage by putting in microwave and cooking for 4 minutes. Mix together chicken, carrots, ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, oil and cabbage. Spoon diagonally onto wrap, fold. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees F. until golden brown about 25 minutes.
