Chicken Enchilada Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (2 to 3lbs. ) chicken, cooked & boned
  • 1 pkg. Nacho flavored Tortilla chips
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 ( 10. 1/2oz ) can green enchilada sauce
  • ½ lb. Grated cheese ( I used the Mexican Blend)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place one half the chips in 9 by 13 baking dish.
  2. Add a layer of chicken, cover with ½ of the cheese.
  3. Mix together milk ,soup & sauce.
  4. Pour one half of mixture over cheese.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake 350. 30 to 40 min. till bubbly.

This is my son-in-law's favorite chicken casserole and one he always requests when they are invited to dinner.
