Chicken Enchiladas

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • green onions
  • 1 can of re-fried beans
  • 1 bag Mexican cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Shred rotisserie chicken
  2. Add chicken to large skillet
  3. add 1 and 1/2 can of sauce and 1/4 bag of cheese
  4. Fill each tortilla with mixture
  5. Spread some re-fried beans on pan and place filled tortilla seam side down into pan
  6. Pour remaining sauce on top
  7. top with green onions and remaining cheese
  8. bake at 375 for 30 min
