Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- green onions
- 1 can of re-fried beans
- 1 bag Mexican cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Shred rotisserie chicken
- Add chicken to large skillet
- add 1 and 1/2 can of sauce and 1/4 bag of cheese
- Fill each tortilla with mixture
- Spread some re-fried beans on pan and place filled tortilla seam side down into pan
- Pour remaining sauce on top
- top with green onions and remaining cheese
- bake at 375 for 30 min
