Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 3 Whole Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup Romano Cheese
  • Fettuccine Pasta
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Wrap chicken in foil, place on a cookie sheet, and in the oven for 30 minutes
  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
  4. Add the desired amount of pasta to the pot, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes
  5. When finished, drain, add a tbsp. of butter and set aside
  6. In a large saucepan, melt butter and slowly add whipping cream over low heat
  7. Add salt & pepper to taste and garlic while stirring
  8. Turn up the heat to medium while slowly adding all cheese
  9. Keep stirring slowly until sauce thickens
  10. Once it's thick, immediately pour over noodles and add bake cut chicken to enjoy
