Chicken-Filled Crescent Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 3/4 c. chicken, cubed
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 T. onion, chopped
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. + 2 T. milk
DIRECTIONS
- Blend cream cheese and butter. Add chicken and 2 T. milk. Add onion, salt, pepper and 3 T. cheddar cheese. Unroll crescent rolls; place some of the chicken mixture in each. Roll up. Heat soup, 1 c. milk and cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place rolls in pan and top with soup mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
