Chicken Fingers

  • Chicken breasts - 2 lbs.
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • Dipping sauce:
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons dried dill
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine seasonings for chicken.
  2. Roll chicken in seasonings and fry in oil until done.
  3. Combine dipping sauce seasonings.
