  • 1-1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless
  • chicken breasts, washed and
  • patted dry
  • veg. cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place corn flake crumbs in shallow dish.
  2. Combine tomato sauce, garlic salt, basil and oregano.
  3. Dip chicken into tomato sauce mixture, then roll in crumbs.
  4. Place meaty-side up, in shallow pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Do not crowd.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
  7. Do not cover or turn while baking.
