Chicken Kebabs
  • Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes grill time
  • Servings: 4-6
  • Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
  • 4-6 chicken breasts, sliced in about 1/4" slices
  • wooden skewers, soaked in hot water for about 30 minutes
  • your choice of seasonings, some favorites:
  • brown sugar bourbon rub
  • mesquite rub
  • Asian rub
  • mango magic
  • Hickory BBQ
  1. When skewers have soaked for at least 30 minutes, and you have chicken cut in slices, thread the skewer vertically thru the chicken, about 4-5 pieces per skewer. Set aside. When all the chicken is on the skewers, line them up then season with your choice of seasoning. It is also fine to simply use garlic salt and pepper seasoning. Turn them over and season the other side. Set aside in fridge until ready to cook. Heat your grill or grill pan until hot, spray with cooking spray, then grill skewers for 5-8 minutes per side, until done and charred around edges. Serve immediately.
