Chicken Lasanga

INGREDIENTS
  • Frozen Lasanga Noodles
  • 2 jars Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 to 3 Chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. provolone sliced cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Velvetta sliced cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cube chicken, then brown in oil.
  2. Add mushrooms.
  3. In 9 x 13-inch pan, cover bottom with a little Alfredo sauce, then layer with noodles, chicken, mushrooms, sauce and cheese.
  4. Do this 3 times.
  5. Bake covered at 350 for 45 min.
  6. The last 15 min., cook uncovered to brown.
  7. Serves 6-8.
