Chicken Lebanese Wraps

- Barbecue Chicken, purchased 2 x breasts (200g), meat only
- Lebanese bread 4 x 83g
- low-fat hommus 1/2 cup (120g)
- tabouli, purchased 3/4 cup (135g)
- carrot 1 large, grated
- hot chilli sauce
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Shred chicken into bite size pieces
- 2. Spread the Lebanese breads with the hommus and top with the tabouli, grated carrot and shredded chicken
- 3. Drizzle with hot chilli sauce and roll up tightly. Cut in half and serve.
- Note: Serve with cherry tomatoes if desired.
