Chicken Marsala
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound fresh (or canned) mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef boullion broth
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine
  1. Pound chicken breasts.
  2. Dredge in flour and brown in butter in fry pan. Remove from pan, put mushrooms in same pan and saute.
  3. Add beef broth and marsala.
  4. Put chicken back in the pan and heat through for a few minutes.
