Chicken Marsala
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 pound fresh (or canned) mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef boullion broth
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
DIRECTIONS
- Pound chicken breasts.
- Dredge in flour and brown in butter in fry pan. Remove from pan, put mushrooms in same pan and saute.
- Add beef broth and marsala.
- Put chicken back in the pan and heat through for a few minutes.
