Chicken Marsala

  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups of mushrooms sliced
  • 3/4ths cup of Holland house marsala cooking wine
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Egg noodles
  1. Melt butter, sauté mushrooms with garlic until brown (10 mins)-set aside
  2. Bread thinly sliced chicken in flour
  3. Boil water for egg noodles (add salt/garlic powder)
  4. Fry in pan 4 mins on each side
  5. Return mushrooms to pan-add wine (enough to cover it all) , 1/4th of water, parsley, rosemary
  6. let chicken marinade in sauce until the alcohol taste simmers away-medium heat 15mins
