Chicken Noodle Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 chicken breasts, shredded into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp chicken granules
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 12 oz egg noodles, cooked
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Saute onion in 1 Tbso butter. Add chicken, soup, milk, sour cream, chicken granules and cheese, salt and pepper to taste, heat until bubbly. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour mixture in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot.
