• 1 glass bottle of beer (no paper labels)
  • 1 Frying Chicken
  • Kosher Salt/Sea Salt
  • Basil
  • Parsley Flakes
  1. Drink a bottle of beer.
  2. The bottle should not have a paper label i.e. Corona.
  3. Fill the bottle 3/4 with tap water
  4. Gut and clean the chicken and give it a nice salt coating inside and out.
  5. Sprinkle some basil and parsley.
  6. Stick the bottle of beer up the bird's butt and place it in a baking dish so the bottle is upright.
  7. Cook approximately 20 minutes/lb and enjoy.
  8. The water keeps the bird moist giving you a juicey bird.
  9. Note: The bottle will still have a decent amount of water left in it so be careful when you take it out.
