Chicken Paprikas

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Pam Spray
- 1 t. paprika
- 4 to 5 lbs chicken w/o skin
- 1 c. water
- 1 pt. low fat sour cream
- salt (to taste)
- 1 to 2 T. flour (to thicken)
- dumplings
- 1 c. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 T. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Chicken Paprikas:
- Brown onions in Pam cooking spray. Add seasoning and chicken. Brown 10
- min. add water. Cover and simmer slowly til tender. Remove chicken. Add
- low fat sour cream to drippings. Mix well. Mix flour w/ a little cold
- water. Add to thicken. Add dumplings and chicken.
- DUMPLINGS:
- 1 c. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 T. salt
- Mix. Scrape bits of dough from a plate into boiling water. Cook 15 min.
- Drain.
