Chicken Parmasan
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • oil for frying chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp grated parmasan cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • Spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • 2 slices Provalone cheese
  1. Heat spaghetti sauce until hot.
  2. Mix egg and milk in small bowl, set aside. Combine flour, garlic powder and parmesan cheese in separate small bowl. Heat oil to frying temperature. Dip chicken in flour mixture, then egg/milk mixture, then back into flour mixture.
  3. Place chicken in hot oil, cooking thoroughly, until browned.
  4. Remove chicken pieces and sprinkle with additional grated parmesan cheese while hot. Place on paper towel covered plate for a minute to "soak up" excess oil.
  5. Serve chicken over pasta, topped with spaghetti sauce, then one slice of Provalone cheese.
