Chicken Pasta Salad
  • 5 cups Chicken Breast (about 3), Cooked/ Cubed
  • 2 cups Grapes, Halved
  • 2 cups Broccoli, Chopped
  • 12 oz Spiral Pasta, Cooked & Drained
  • 1 English Cucumber, Sliced & Quartered
  • 3 Green Onions, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Flakes
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  1. *Toss all salad ingredients together in large bowl
  2. *Mix all salad ingredients in a sealable container and shake well; pour over salad and mix
  3. Recipe Tips:
  4. *Keep lettuce separate and add right before eating...gets soggy if in the salad too long
  5. *Also good to substitute with honey mustard dressing
