Chicken Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- * 1/3 cup butter
- * 1/3 cup flour
- * Salt & pepper (to taste)
- * 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- * 2/3 cup milk
- * 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- * 4 peeled & cut potatoes
- * 1 package small biscuits
DIRECTIONS
- Cook Chicken, Set Aside
- Melt butter in pot.
- Blend in Flour.
- Add Salt and Pepper.
- Cook over low heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Chicken Broth and Milk. Increase flame and heat to boil, stirring constantly. Mixture will thicken.
- Add meat, frozen vegetables, and cut potatoes, stirring between each.
- Put in 2-Quart Baking Dish. Bake at 425 degrees until potatoes are done (around 1 hour).
- Add small biscuits, and bake until light brown.
