Chicken Pot Pie

  • 1 can of chicken (found in canned good or soup aisles)
  • 1 can mixed veggies (peas, carrots, potatoes, beans)
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp of salt or Lowrey's seasoning
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can of crescent rolls (for this size recipe find a roll of 4 instead of 8 if possible)
  • 2 TBS butter (melted)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Drain chicken, mixed veggies, and corn and place in 2 qt casserole dish or small cake pan
  3. Mix together
  4. Add can of cream of mushroom soup and stir together
  5. Add salt and pepper and stir
  6. Spread ingredients evenly in your pan
  7. Place as many crescent rolls over the top of mixture as possible
  8. Spread butter evenly over rolls
  9. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown
