Chicken Ring
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper,diced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons onion,diced
  • 1 can chicken, drained & flaked
  • 2/3 cup can cream chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded CoJack cheese
  • 2 pkgs. Cresent rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 350*. In a bowl; mix first 6 ingredients together. UNroll cresent rolls and arrange the triangles in a circle on a lightly greased pizza pan with the bases overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. Scoop chicken mixture onto the widest point of each cresent. Fold points of triangle over filling and tuck under the base at the center. Filling will NOT be completely covered. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
This recipe is so qiuck and easy to put together...but has lots of flavor. Enjoy! :)
