Chicken Stir Fry:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 skinless chicken breast (cooked/cubed)
- 1/2 gr. pepper/finely chopped
- 3/4 c. frozen broccoli pieces
- 1/2 c. canned carrots (drained)
- Lite Soy Sauce-sugar free
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- salt/pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Spray Pam in Wok or skillet. Let pan get hot. Add ingred. one at a
- time. Stir continuously til all ingred. are done. Mix well. Serve
- immediately.
- Leftovers can be frozen for later use!
