Chicken Stir Fry

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp canda oil
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. combine soy sauce and lime juice, water and corn starch in a small bowl. Mix together and set aside
  2. 2. season chicken lightly with salt, heat a large pan over high heat
  3. 3. when pan is very hot, add half of oil and chicken; stir occacinally until chicken is cook through and browned about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. 4. with slotted slotted, remove chicken and set heat to medium
  5. 5. add oil, garlic, ginger for 20 sec, then add broccoli, carrots until crisp 3-4 minutes
  6. 6. return chicken with soy sauce-lime mixture 30 seconds -1 minute

This recipe was easy to make. It didn't take really long, and it tasted Great!
