Chicken Taco Soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz (x2 if wanted) Mexicorn, drained
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 12 oz beer (Corona)
  • 2 x 10 oz cans of diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 3 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 tbs? lime juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in crock pot except chicken and stir
  2. Place chicken on top pressing down
  3. Cook for 5 hours on low (less if thin breasts)
  4. Remove chicken, shred, stir back into soup and cook a while longer
  5. Season with cilantro, cumin, and garnish with crushed tortila chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream
